The “Women’s Access to Justice” program aims to legally empower women by defining all their rights as stipulated in the Constitution and legislation of the Republic of Iraq, in accordance with its international obligations. The project adopts a holistic approach that combines categorization, simplification, and review, making it accessible to women, society at large, as well as researchers and legislators. It also focuses on capacity building and training for specialists and relevant bodies.
