When Dialogue Turns into Action: Young Women in Babylon Shaping Paths of Change
As part of efforts to strengthen young women’s roles in community participation and social change, the Democratic House Organization (DHO) conducted a dialogue session in Babylon Governorate on 24 December 2025, within the activities of the “Voices of Change” project, supported by the Canada Fund for Local Initiatives (CFLI).
The session provided a safe and interactive space that enabled participants to express their views and share their experiences, contributing to deeper discussions on issues affecting young women and their roles within society. The contributions reflected a strong sense of solidarity and a growing awareness of the importance of active participation.
This activity forms part of a series of integrated efforts through which the project seeks to transform dialogue into a tool for positive impact and to empower young women to move from learning to meaningful community action.
